Validity
The following conditions apply to all orders. Deviating conditions are binding for us only if we recognized them in writing. Silence on us sent deviating conditions does not mean agreement on our part.
With appearance of a new price list all previous price lists lose their validity.

Area of application
Products supplied of us are exclusively for selling and use within the country of the customer. The export of our articles requires our written agreement.

Pricing and Terms
We charge those prices valid by day of the supply, fob without any insurance. TRINOVA Biochem reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Per shipment we charge a transport- and packing flat rate according to blue ice or dry ice, weight or volume.
Invoices are due within 30 days after invoice date. A finance charge, at least 4% over the valid discount rate of the German Federal Bank, will be charged to past due accounts.

Shortages and Damages
The restraint of due invoice amounts because of notices of defect or for other reasons as well as not agreed upon departures of each kind are inadmissible.
Cheques are received only under reservation of the redemption. For not in time submitted cheques we do not take over a warranty.
Delay of payment entitles us to restrain from further delivery.

Dispatch and supply
All transmissions take place on danger of the buyer. The passage of the risk takes place with the task to the dispatch. Accepted orders are implemented by us as fast as possible. By higher force in us, or the transport enterprises involved if the supply is obstructed, or our supplier prevented totally or partly, retarded or made impossible, then we reserve ourselves to postpone or omit the supply, without claims are entitled to our customer. We are entitled to partial deliveries.

Objections
Objections are permissible only within 3 business days after receipt of the products.
Products, which are subject to special storage regulations, are in principle excluded from conversion; in every other trap our consent must be present.

Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction is Giessen/Germany
